Privacy Statement

FundingSearch.com is a service of The Non-Profit Assistance Group to provide help in locating grant funding opportunities for U.S. non-profit agencies. 

We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email and shipping address). This information is used to fill customers' orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

The information provided is used to complete the user’s funding search, receive payment from that user and to send the complete funding search report to the appropriate address.

We do not collect any information from cookies or clear gifs. The information we collect is used only to complete customer orders and is not shared or sold to any third parties. In the future we may use this information to send announcements or other news from The Non-Profit Assistance Group. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we offer the option to not receive these types of communications.

We do not accept third-party advertising; however, we may participate in link exchanges with other organizations. We have no control over the privacy policies of these third parties. We encourage our users to be aware when they visit another site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. 

Service Providers

We partner with PayPal to provide credit card processing of orders. We do not control the PayPal privacy policy. Please see the PayPal site for specific information on their policy. Security of confidential information, such as credit card number, is controlled by PayPal. PayPal uses the most secure transaction processing available. Be sure to read their security information for your own protection. Credit card information is not collected by The Non-Profit Assistance Group.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage and other places we deem appropriate. We do this so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
